R_ASA_CONNECT FAILURE or Failed to locate registry entries for Quickbooks
This usually comes up when the accounting package is not installed on the machine you launched Connect from.
What you should do: Try to access the portal and launch Connect from the computer or remote desktop where your accounting application in installed.
Connect cannot launch the application
This is most likely an issue with Java that is either a version which is not supported or not allowing connection.
Connect cannot overwrite
This messages comes up when you are uploading a file onto an account where you have previously uploaded a different data file.
Remember that you can upload your company data to your company account on the portal as many times as you want according to your updates and Audit needs but, you need multiple company accounts on the portal if you need to upload data for several entities.
