Once you have downloaded the Connect file, you may be asked which program you would like to open Connect with. If you receive this notification it is likely that Java is not installed on the computer you are currently using. This can be easily resolved. Simply visit; java.com and download Java.
When Java has completed its installation you can return to bridgeD Deloitte and launch Connect again. When opening Connect, it should ask you to open it with Java. Select this option and Connect will be launched.
