If you are unable to launch Connect, it may be that you currently do not have Java installed on your computer. Installing Java is very simple. However you will need system administrator access for the computer you are working on.
Begin by visiting the Java website. Click here to be taken directly there. Click the Free Java Download button. This will provide a series of prompts asking if you would like to download the Java file, install Java and where to install it to. Follow the prompts accordingly to successfully install Java.
After successfully installing Java you can then return to bridgeD to submit your accounting data.
