If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to your account you can reset it from the 'Login' screen.
The login screen can be found at: https://bridgeD.deloitte.ca
From the 'Login' screen select the forgotten password? link within the 'Log in' box.
You will now be required to input your username.
Remember, this is the email address which you used when you signed up. Ensure you have access to this email account before attempting to reset your password.
After you have entered your username and clicked Submit you will receive an email containing a unique link.
Click the link contained within the body of the email you received.
This will take you to a secure web page allowing you to create a new password for your account.
Once you have created your new password you will be able to log into your account from the main 'Login' screen.
